Officer positions will be opening up for next year so we are prepping elections. Below is a description of all officer positions and duties. If a position interests you, please be sure to prep for elections, which will be held on March 20, 2012. Those elected will go into office May 1, 2012.
All SGA Paperwork
Host at least one social a semester
Handle all AMI information
Help with all fundraisers
-Vice President
Oversee all volunteer events
Keep track of all events/committee members
Make up all meeting agendas
Relay for Life (Spring Term)
- Treasurer
Plan at least two fundraisers a semester
Keep track of all NMSA/AMI money
Assist Fundraising Committee
- Secretary
Make meeting PowerPoints
Keep up with T-shirts
Fall- NMSA t-shirts
Spring- Relay for Life Shirts
Keep all meeting minutes
- Historian
Keep track of all photos
Third Semester Recognition
Host at least two tabling events a semester
*All officers must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 and be in good standing with the university (no holds on account)
