meeting was called to order at 4:39 p.m. by President Carole Becker

Volunteer Events
1. Cell phones should not be used during event
2. Please place phones on vibrate or silent
ii.
Volunteer Etiquette
1. It is incumbent of us to present ourselves well and
remain professional at all times as we are representing UCF & NMSA
2. Positive conversations are welcome, but please refrain
from engaging in any negative conversations
3. Closed toe shoes are mandatory
4. Short shorts are prohibited

Carpooling
1. Contact lead officer for assistance

2. Suggestion Box – Will be available at the beginning of
class for students to anonymously express concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc.
